We are happy to announce the tier system for the Canto Ambassador Program! This structure is designed to provide clear pathways for growth, recognition, and greater involvement within the Canto ecosystem. Our goal is to foster a more engaged and proactive community, where ambassadors can flourish and significantly contribute.

➕ How Does the Tier System Work?

The Canto Ambassador Program will include several tiers, each offering unique rewards, benefits, and opportunities for contribution. As you progress through the tiers you will take on greater responsibilities, enjoy increased recognition within the community, and access more exclusive rewards.

➕ Levels

Initiate

Role: New program participants starting their journey with Canto.

Requirements:

• Complete the application process and be approved.

• Undergo the initial onboarding call.

• Join the Canto Discord server and receive the Initiate role.

Rewards:

• Initiate role in Discord.

• Access to a contribution portal to present your proactive contributions to the Canto Growth Collective..

• Bi-weekly sync calls to align efforts and get feedback on your involvement

Junior Ambassador

Role: Active contributors who have begun making meaningful impacts.

Requirements:

• At least one month of active participation in the program.

• Competent understanding of Canto and its ecosystem.

• Demonstrated meaningful contributions.

Rewards:

• Everything in Initiate tier

• Exclusive Canto Care Package.

• Junior Ambassador role in Discord.

Ambassador

Role: Reliable contributors taking on larger projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of quality contributions.

• Superior knowledge of Canto and the ecosystem.

• At least three months of active membership.

Rewards:

• Everything in Junior Ambassador tier.

• Ambassador role in Discord.

• Increased access to the Canto team for alignment on initiatives via dedicated communication channels.

Senior Ambassador

Role: Proven leaders and top contributors with significant responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Consistently high-quality contributions.

• Clear leadership capabilities.

• At least six months of active membership.

Rewards:

• Everything in Ambassador tier.

• Senior Ambassador role in Discord.

• Potential pathway to a full-time role.

➕ How Can You Contribute?

Ambassadors are encouraged to contribute in various ways, based on their skills and interests. Here are a few examples:

• Content Creation: Produce engaging content such as blogs, videos, tutorials, and social media posts to educate and inform the community.

• Technical Contributions: Work on open-source projects, improve documentation, develop tools, and provide technical support.

• Community Relations: Engage with and support the Canto community across different platforms, moderate forums, and assist new members.

• Event Organization: Plan and host online and offline events to promote Canto and engage the community.

• Regular Contributions: Continuously engage with the community and contribute through various activities.

• Feedback and Improvement: Act on feedback from peers and mentors to improve your contributions and impact.

• Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and use provided resources to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Leadership and Initiative: Take on leadership roles and initiate new projects or activities that benefit the Canto ecosystem.
